Automatic volume reduction in moto g2

Hi I have a moto g2. the problem is after a certain period of time the ringing volume automatically becomes low. I have to keep increasing it frequently in the setting. Dont know how to fix it. Any help ?

I've had a similar problem, except in my phone the media volume automatically becomes maximum. Hoping for a solution soon.
