Why do I keep getting cut off in the middle of a call?

why do i keep getting cut off in the middle of a call?

I have a Moto G(2014) it is running the latest android version and in the last couple of weeks it keeps cutting me off during a phone call. Could it be anything to do with only having about 500mb of memory left?

Welcome to Android Central!

The easiest way to test that is to clear out some space. You can try clearing our your cache and see if that helps.
