moto 2g not connecting phone calls.
On numerous occasions people have tried to ring me and it says 'person not able to take the call'. This is getting more frustrating every day, missed calls from nursing home, husband, daughter, estate agent, that I know of, it doesn't even record a missed call on the phone.
Even sat in the same room as my husband who has rung it and it does the same thing, maybe 3 or 4 times and then next attempt it rings. I have voicemail on the phone now, but still doesn't record on the phone I have a missed call or voicemail.
Took the original phone back to Tesco, they gave me a new one and new sim card but still doing it. They say they will send it back to manufacturers now but will be upto 3 months without a phone. help!
