Contacts do not get updated/edited/removed
I have a Moto G (2nd Gen) running Android version 5.1. The Contacts app does not update properly when changes are made.
(1) Contacts that have been deleted still show within the list, although upon highlighting it says that the contact does not exist
(2) When contacts are merged, it tends to create multiple duplicate listings. If a duplicated listing is deleted, it removes the data for the other listings and gives a message as in (1).
(3) When phone numbers are added to existing listings directly from the dialing pad rather than editing the listing, it gives the same issues as above.
These issues do not happen every time, but intermittently and often enough. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
