Moto G2 Touch screen problem - Not able to open the phone once locked.
I have a Moto G2 which is a little over one year old.
Recently the phone's touch sensor is working erratically. Once i lock the screen, the touch stops working preventing me from opening the phone again.
So I enabled the option to view touches, visual cue on the screen when and where a touch was registered from the developer options. As a result, a constant cue appears on the bottom right of my phone. I guess it means there is a touch registered there at all times. This sometimes disappears on its own.
I have tried a hard reboot also. Did not work.
Please gimme a solution.
