How do i answer my motorola moto 3rd gen?

It rings and vibrates, but nothing works.

On my Moto G1 on 5.1 you need to slide the icon over to the right to the answer (?) icon.

I also can get a drop down alert where I can select answer.

After a Samsung it still seems ridiculous to me, though I haven't tried other phone dialler apps.
