microphone issue on g3

...few weeks back i installed fb,messenger,skype,etc etc etc and stuff all in just one sitting..from that time ,....when i take a video the volume which is recorded is clumsy and low ....i did all possible things i could even a factory reset ...not once but thrice ......can anybody please help me ?!!!!!!!plz plz plz plz plzplz plz plz ...help

Is the mic otherwise muffled? If so, look in the hole and see if there's any lint, dirt, etc., in there. If there is, use a wooden toothpick to get it out.

Otherwise it could be a defective mic, a defective app or just the design of the phone.

Do you have a case? Try removing it...
