Moto G3 does not start after disabled Google App Service, how can I get it working again?

Moto G3 Start after disabled Google App Service

Hello,

I accidentally disabled Google service when I was trying to run the minimum apps, believing that disabling this will "turn off" the "OK GOOGLE" service.

Now the phone does not start, it gets in the "hand stitched" screen. I tried POWER + DOWN VOLUME keys and in the menu I find this without sucess:

RECOVERY MODE: Appears the droid image and says "NO COMMAND"
FACTORY MODE: Reboots the system and remains in the "hand stitched" starting. . .

By "Factory mode" do you mean you did a factory default in recovery? If so, your problem is bigger than you disabling an app, a factory reset would fix all of that, unless you were rooted and making changes to system?

By "Factory mode" do you mean you did a factory default in recovery? If so, your problem is bigger than you disabling an app, a factory reset would fix all of that, unless you were rooted and making changes to system?

If the phone won't boot up how can he do a factory reset ?
