Bluetooth problems

So I have some problems with Bluetooth.

1. When I make a call starting with Bluetooth then disconnect Bluetooth, I can hear the other person but they can't hear me.

2. I have music playing through Bluetooth in my car. When receiving a Bluetooth call, the music would continue to play and I can also hear the other person talking and they can hear me.

3. It doesn't show any track info. Guess, not a big deal though.

Can't help with #1, but when I have music playing in my car via Bluetooth and I get a call the music is automatically muted until the call is complete.
