Google play music won't work properly

Since i updated my moto g to 4.4.3, google play music crashes suddenly and i can't use it. Can anybody help me?

Open system settings > applications > google play music. From there, clear the cache of Google Play Music and try again.

If that continues, I would suggest a factory reset of the device and start fresh - backup prior to a factory reset.

I have the same problem. Factory reset does not help. Have you been able to solve the problem?

My issue is similar - mine will work as long as I'm on wifi - but as soon as I try to go to mobile data, it locks up and won't work. I have checked settings to make sure that wifi only wasn't clicked and it's not. It's a brand new phone and just downloaded it. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks
