unknown download when visiting websites

When using chrome beta, when I visit some sites, android authority for example, a download starts and is shown as a notification. It has the title of download (7) download (6) etc and I'm unable to open it. This started happening yesterday. Anyone else experience this?

It is a issue with Chrome Beta.
