Do you think the dev edition will get more options?

I have a nexus 5, but I am going to return to the X. The only thing I'm waiting for are the wood backs. Do you think the dev edition will get these or will it just stick to the white and black?

I have the Dev and that white carbon is really nice. I could only see a wood back being nicer. Do you suppose they could be changed by the user?

ordered a Dbrand wood skin for my Dev edition, best option for now.
