    -Sold a lot, wants to sell more?
    -Sold less than anticipated, wants to sell more?
    -Price dropped to $199 and $249 like Nexus after 2/22?

    Answer: probably they just want to sell as many as they can

    this is what I think. They need to get the phone in as many hands as possible.
