Default Moto X: How to stop High Volume Warning?

When I max out the volume when it's plugged into my car, it keeps giving me the warning.

That's an Android thing that happens on all devices that are 4.2 and up I believe. There's no way to disable it.

It never happened on my N4. Not a Google thing. However they did limit the volume on the N4 which was super annoying.

Probably came up due to litigation. My S2 didn't have it when I first got it, but one update included a toast warning about excessive volumes.
