Define what you mean by "works".

    By works I mean:
-new emails show on the active notifications screen
-if I say what's up with touch less controls it will read the email info. this works with the built in email I know, I test it.

    thanks

Both of those items work fine when using Touchdown. I do not use the "what's up" feature but just tested it and it told me there was an email notification from Touchdown.

I'm assuming you use touchdown in conjunction with an MDM app. Have you noticed a significant impact on battery life and overall performance? I'm dreading installing it on my X for that reason.
