Any fix for image burn-in?

I've had my Moto X for about a year and I just noticed some slight burn in of the navbar and status bar. I went to play a game that takes advantage of immersive mode earlier today and noticed a little bit of burn-in of the navbar and status bar at the top and bottom of my screen. Is there any way to fix this short of replacing the screen or phone entirely?
