Why is SMS menu not showing after long holding the text?

Normally when I long hold text SMS on my Moto X, a menu shows up that allows me to forward, lock, delete, or call number if it finds a number inside the text. In India, our train tickets are received as SMSs on mobiles that contain a lot of numbers. When there is only one such ticket SMS in the thread, the above menu shows up nicely. When the thread has more than one such SMS, it constantly shows up only calling options menu because it thinks SMS contains phone numbers. I have not found anyway to get around this irritation and bring up generic message menu so I can forward that particular SMS. Any help highly appreciated.

Hi, are you perhaps holding down a link in the message, which will bring up the call feature?

No, I am careful in pressing only over white text area away from all the numbers, especially two which are highlighted.
