random reboots and wifi issues

So phone was working fine until the update. Then I started getting WiFi issues where I would have to disable wifi then re enable it. Or switch between 2.4 and 5g bands . I did a factory reset and now I still have the wifi issue and when on 4g data it will randomly reboot in my pocket. Anyone else having issues?

I have a nexus 6p on order but waiting until Dec with a phone that's freaking out when I need it sucks.
