Moto's battery extender & micro USB case; your opinion?

I saw this article, 2800mAh Protective battery case for Moto X | Mugen Power Battery, mAh extended batteries, lithium battery, ion battery, durable battery, unifirm, fattafa, replacement, MP phone, PDA, high capacity battery, external battery, rechargeable battery, pda , on the web, and I was wondering about your thoughts on this extender. After all, this extender weighs a pound, offers a charge and a quarter of power to the new moto x, and offers micro USB storage for up to 64gigs. Usage of this extender seems easy, and I would use this extender like an external hard drive and/or battery extender. Maybe this case is useful for times I want to play my albums, and the non-use of this case is useful when I do not need my albums? Anyways, I want to know your opinions, and will this extender be a game changer? After all, this could perhaps be Motorola's answer to extend storage and battery life for those wanting extensions in their new Moto X.
