How Do Returns Work?

I just bought the 32GB Pure Edition via the Cyber Monday sale. I am returning my 16GB model, and my return cutoff date is the 12th. When I apply for a return, do I need to use some specific packaging, or do I just slap the return label onto any old box?

Also, how long do you generally have to wait to be credited for the return?

You can ship it back in anything. It'll take ~10 days or so to get a refund.
