Apps you love and can't live without...

Power Toggles
Most Google apps, but especially Google Drive, Play Music, and Calendar.

google keep (use it for quick notes, shopping lists, etc...), gReader Pro (i love my rss feeds, plus who's got time to visit every website they like and ready every article?), swiftkey keyboard and finally google voice app.

Google Maps, Keep, Pocket Cast, Tapatalk those are a few that come to mind.

This is a good idea for a topic.

Personal faves are soundcloud, one drive, hangouts and skype (for keeping in touch with my girlfriend who's overseas). I've downloaded google keep as mentioned by others in this thread and it looks a useful app

Some of the standard Google stuff - Drive, Contacts, Calendar, Messenger, Newstand, Keep, Maps. Also AquaMail, Tapatalk, FX File Explorer, Nova, Docs to Go, Google Voice, VoiceChoice, Advanced Call Blocker, Dropbox, FolderSync, Firefox, the Score, Reddit, several system diagnostics apps.

Android since v1.0. Linux user since 2001.

Basically all of the Google suite of apps, except for when I'm using my iPhone. I can't live without GMail, YouTube, Google Calendar (which is now on iOS finally thank goodness), and the Pebble app :)

Apart from the standard Google apps...

  • Nova Launcher: primarily for folders in the app drawer and hiding apps that I want installed but don't need to tap their icon (like Hangouts Dialer).
  • Feedly: My current choice for news reader.
  • Nine: Hands down the best way to handle MS Exchange accounts on Android. It avoids needing to provide permissions to wipe your phone by "firewalling" the account within the Nine app. Plus it has a great gmail-like interface and lots of options for notification and sync.

The apps I use multiple times though out the day so consider them essential are:
Google Maps(Navigation) or Waze
G+
Hangouts
K9 mail
Gas Buddy
TweetCaster
Google Wallet
Endomondo
TapaTalk
I do have Nova Prime as my default launcher but since I have it like I want its basically just there
I think that's it for the main ones :)

One that comes to mind is Kik. A great way to keep in contact with people across multiple platforms and without names, just using a username. That's the main way that I keep in contact with my friends.
