Dropped my Moto X and screen did not turn on anymore

a month ago i dropped my Moto x, (it had a hard cover on it) so no dents or cracks or any physical damage on it but the screen didn't turn on anymore..
i decided to disarm it and reconnect the screen, and it worked! it was all functional and 3 days ago i dropped it again (i bought a TPU gel cover now) and happened again. So i tried to do the same but no luck this time
i don't think i need a new screen, its in perfect condition.
any recommendation?

If it's not the screen it's the motherboard, one or the other.

I would recommend washing the butter off your fingers. Sorry, i couldn't resist....

so Yeah, i think i can declare my moto x dead... :/
