Phone cant find my microsdxc 64g card/ 32g microsdhc card

I bought microsdxc card with 64gb storage but when i insert it the phone cant find it. Same goes for my sdhc card of 32gb. Motorla says that the phone can handle sd cards up to 128gb. Anyone with the same problem or a solution?

Welcome to Android Central! Does your computer recognize those cards if you insert them into its card reader? If not, then they might be faulty or counterfeit. Did you buy them online or from a local store?

The motorola moto G 2015 of my dad is able to detect both cards instantly so i think the sd card reader in my phone might be broken. Ive already contacted the site i ordered the phone from and theyve asked me to send it back to take a look at it

Can your phone read any SD card? Have you checked to see if there's any debris or lint stuck in there? Use a can of compressed air to blow it out.
