Why my complete phone's sound crashes when a call interrupts music play?

I have Moto X Play, marshmallow, 2gb ram.
I have tried musicxmatch, phonograph, vlc, etc music players.

When I get a call during music is on, I can attend the call and after ending the call the music player resumes with no sound, whereas not only the audio from music player crashes I don't get any kind of audio even from system like notification sounds, etc. I must restart every time for restoring this issue.

Please help me with this issue. I'm new to android. I've tried safe boot, factory reset, still no good.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that this happens in Safe Mode, even with the stock Music app?

It's working good today.

Btw it doesn't happen with stock player. Stock player is good but I want some other player than stock. Yeah in safe mode too it happened.

I don't know what is wrong. All apps are from a genuine devs, I never installed any stupid apps.

So it happened using the stock player in Safe Mode? Or were you using a different music app in Safe Mode?
