Moto xplay marshmallow 6.0.1, basic functions not working due to low internal storage.

Hello guys
So I have been having this issue with my phone ever since I got the notification saying low internal storage, now after that my phone crashed and some functions like home button and the button on the right of the home button are not functioning. Plus my notification bar does not come down and I haven't got any notifications even thought my phone vibrates.
I have tried rebooting it but with no luck it failed also the cache partition, when I get the droid saying "no command" I press the power and volume up button together but the phone restarts itself.please help
