System UI Tuner / Shade Items

I've noticed that the "System UI Tuner" options I select don't necessarily appear in the drop-down quick access functions. For example, the "Invert colors" options is set in the settings but doesn't appear in the drop down (double down-swipe or two-finder down-swipe).

Has anyone else seen this? Is there something I'm missing with how to activate this? I long-pressed on the settings gear icon and activated the wrench icon next to it.

I don't see invert color either. I activated mine yesterday.
