Can't connect to Mac after Marshmallow update

Hi All,

I can't get my MXPE to connect to my Mac since I upgraded to Marshmallow. I've been using Android File Transfer and have had no trouble with it in the past. Now my computer refuses to connect to my phone. I have developer options turned on and USB configuration is set to MTP. Any ideas of what else to try?

Confirmed that it doesn't connect to PC either. Any ideas? Please?

Are you swiping down the Notification Shade down to select the connection type?

I'm not sure why but I don't get a notification shade either. Maybe I should turn developer mode off and see if that does the trick?

Ok, got the popup to appear after turning developer mode off. Will play around a bit more to see if I can figure this out. Am now connected to android file transfer.
