Normal RAM usage?

I'm usually using 70% of ram at any given time...is this normal? How can I optimize ram?

Even though I don't have a Moto X Pure Edition anymore here is the scree shot of my RAM on the Nexus 6P.

Honestly I wouldn't worry about RAM usage. Android handles it beautifully .
