Moto X - Fitness Tracking doesn't work.

On my Moto x Runkeeper works for 2 - 3 days, then doesn't find the satellites. I added in other Fitness trackers and then don't work either. Ting replaced the phone once already, because they thought it was a hardware problem. I followed the Troubleshooting guide on Motorola's site which ended with a Factory Reset, and Runkeeper could then find the satellites. I chatted with the Motorola guy, whose attitude was, "Well if the provider will replace the phone just do that." What an *****! I have the transcript. I mean that's a big pain to have to reload the phone every week. Ergh.

Do you have any ideas on what I can do to keep the Moto X and have Runkeeper working????

I use the Nike running app and it has worked fine. Have you tried any other apps?
