Is it possible to get a Moto X and have a Straight Talk plan?

Right now I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 that I bought through ST. I was wondering if I bought a Moto X let's say on eBay, either with T-Mobile or AT&T, could I activate it using the ST sim card I already have? Or do I have to buy a T-Mobile or AT&T sim from ST then it will work?

I'm not quite sure so any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

It wouldn't be any different than someone buying a Nexus 4 or 5 and using it on Straight Talk, and there are certainly people doing that or who have done that.

You might not be able to use the same SIM card on your old phone, but you can still get a new one for use with Straight Talk.

And you can buy an unlocked Moto X from Motorola in case you weren't aware.

ST currently doesn't sell nano SIM cards, which is what the Moto X requires. You would have to buy a cutter and cut your SIM card down to size.
