I thought Google music was supposed to store everything I buy on their servers? Why does my phone say Google music is using almost 700MB of storage??

Auto-cache. I had to turn it off because I reached the point where I was being told I had too much stuff and I hadn't really downloaded anything at all.

Cached songs, so that you don't have to stream every single one.
