This is what I was curious about. If you already paid for the wood back on the phone, why would you cover it up with a wood-back adhesive?

I just have a clear cover on my wood backed Moto X. That way I can enjoy the look of the wood & easily take the cover off & enjoy the thinness of the phone too. These wood covers look nice, but I would destroy it being in the line of work I am in.

One of the wood back is real. Also I accidently damaged the original back, this was to cover it up.
