IIRC, Verizon got 4.4 first, AT&T got 4.4.2 first, and now "T-Mobile" (really, just the unlocked model) is getting 4.4.3 first.

Update is posted here, if you have stock recovery, disabled Xposed and have any bloat installed you can flash in stock recovery. Before anyone asks Yes root sticks on my GSM Dev Edition.
