DT Ignite installing apps even after being Disabled?

In my initial round of uninstalling and disabling unwanted apps, I disabled the dreaded DT Ignite.

In the last two days, these apps were installed without any action from me:

I disabled mine but it hadn't installed any apps. Second story down on the AC homepage is about it.
Im gonna keep an eye out for any strange behaviors.
