Wifi auto connect

So I work at a hotel with different floors and an unsecured wifi. When I try to connect to the wifi I get a warning saying that my phone won't automatically connect to this wifi because it is unsecure I have to do a lot of walking and my phone will disconnect all the time and I have to manually reconnect it I think my phone is disconnecting from one router but won't reconnect to the next one because my phone see's it as an unsecured network is there any way to remedy this. I only have access via the phone side I have no access to the routers

I have kind of the same thing going in different buildings on our campus which have different access points to the same unsecured network. Quite annoying to be constantly reconnecting manually. Hoping someone knows of some setting changes I can make for automatic login.
