Moto Z: Missing Google Framework Services - Help!

Just got my new Moto Z regular edition and loving it. However, I'm trying to load my accounts for certain games that I play, and that process requires Google Framework Services. That is built in to every other phone I've seen or used, but it's not here, so I just lost all of my wasted time on games. Google Framework Services is not available on the app store (I think it is a program that supposed to be in the root directory?) I can't find much info on it. Has anyone else run into this or know how to install Google Framework Services?

Welcome to Android Central! Was the phone intended for the Chinese market, or for the US? Go to Settings>Apps, and tap the Menu button--is there an option to Show System? If so, tap that and see if it shows up now.
