Android password encryption key in my new moto z play

I recently bought moto z play and rebooted it n its asking for android.
I Google up few times could not found any satisfied answer.

I recently bought moto z play and rebooted it n its asking for android password can anyone help me and i hav not kept any password. In de beginning and i hav lots data in the mobile so i can't reset it so plz help me
