In an attempt to remove the bloatware from my Charm, I must have deleted some important files and can no longer access the marketplace or download anything on my phone. I tried to do the master reset and it didn't help. Does anyone know what I may have done wrong and how to possibly fix it? I've tried looking up how to reinstall the marketplace or even the android O/S itself, but have run into much fail.
