As title states, im stuck in a "boot loop".

I cannot perform a hard reset, the menu simply does not show up, it just continues to cycle the motorola sumbol.

device is rooted, but back to stock which i did a few weeks ago.

Im very computer savvy and im sure somebody out there knows how to fix this?

Yes im still stuck in a boot loop, it is a motorola citrus

Also it wont open the hard reset menu or the recovery menu, ive tried and tried it simply wont open them.

Isnt there someway to use rsd to flash the phone? Ive never done this but if someone could please explain it im sure i can figure it out.

i gotta go,but you shold have like 10 seconds to access safe mode before its loops over and over again, you gotta reset to factory mode before any updated, eg 2.3.6 back to 2.3.5
google ur model or check on youtube, thats how i got my droid razr back from a bootloop, i'll be back in 10hours after work, good-luck.

Try looking up 'how to restore bricked motorola citrus' on youtube or google. I'm sure there will be more than a handful of solutions that will come up.
