    Default moto cliq keyboard

    my moto cliq keyboard is screwing up, typing wrong letters and spending text messages with out me doing so. i have the premium handset protection, which should cover it. anyways when i log into my account online it says my phone is the moto cliq xt, which has no keybroad. so if i call and make a claim and they replace my phone will they send me cliq xt? it would be nice getting a kind of differnt phone.

    You would have to go thru T-Mo's customer care if its a keyboard issue, unless your screen is cracked or have a water damaged phone then you would go with the insurance company. But, once T-Mo's customer care checks out your imei they will see your using a cliq and they will send you the same model phone...hope that helps
