What I'm looking for may not even be possible, but here goes anyway.

Is it possible and if so, how to use Droid2 in this manner;
a) Turn on camcorder
b) Record or not record is irrelevant
c) Most Important; be able to send video feed over the Verizon Network and Internet to someones computer so they can see what I see?

U can use the DLNA app on your phone to stream recorded video from your phone to the computer, I just did that. I can not find a way to have the camcorder on and the DLNA app at the same time.

To do what I just did, you have to have a media player on your computer, I used Windows Media Player and under the Stream button, I enabled Allow remote control of my player.

This is done through your home WIFI.

For what you want you would need a Video Conferencing setup like on the iPhone or other Droids that have apps for video calls. Then they could see what you see from front or rear camer in real time on their phone. Not on a computer, unless there is a program you install on the computer to accomplish this.
