it happened suddenly... talked fine this morning, bluetooth was fine, now i can hardly hear either through the handset speaker or through the speakerphone. It's all sooo quiet. i can only hear if I turn the speaker on and turn the volume all the way up and put the speaker to my ear. It's awful. I took the battery out (numerous times now) and did a factory reset... all that did was remove all the stuff I liked on my phone.

help?! I'm not up for upgrade for a few more days I need this phone to last at least another month. this is crazy...

ETA: the speaker works fine for everything else. plays music fine, all notifications are fine. it's just in-call.

I am having the same problem. I have no volume on incoming or on outgoing calls. I have checked every place I can think of and I can't find any settings for phone volume. Any help would be greatly appreciated,

my phone just started this a week ago! did you ever figure out what was going on with this? i see someone posted about the speaker dying. if that's the case, does anybody know if that can be replaced easily?
