(Sorry for the long post!)

But I am having a problem with some of my contacts contact information displaying in my Droid 2.

I synced with Google, and am viewing my "google contacts" on my droid 2.

The problem im having is not all of my droid 1 contacts phone numbers are showing on the droid 2. Some of the contats show all of the information. But there are 20-30 people whos phone numbers are not showing up in the contact info screens.

When I done more research it is the "linking" that is doing this. But I cant find a way to fix it. My roommates droid 2 does the same thing..

Apparently the "issue" is when you have someone from your google contacts, all numbers display correctly until you sync with Facebook.. It appears to mess up the people who dont have their phone number on Facebook. If they do, it displays correct, if they dont, it doesnt display ANY of their numbers in the Contact Details Screens.

If you "Unlink" the contacts, one will show the facebook info (with picture etc), and the other will show the phone number only. (in Contact Details).. Once you link them again, the phone numbers disappear from the details page.

If you click on menu and edit, all phone numbers are listed there. If you click on the Contacts Picture (and get that pop up thingy), and click on the phone or text icon from there, the phone numbers pop up, (work, home, mobile) etc.

Does anyone know why they dont show on the main Contact Details screens?

Wife is having same iissue I tried to help but it syncs totally different than d1 so we just haven't lilinked facebook with her phone seems to be only fix

I have similar problems as well. When I've posted questions about it nobody responded, so I figured it was just me having the problem.

the way the droid 1 syncs is perfect i don't know why they screwed it up and took out the option to sync only with contacts already on your phone
