Alright, looks like I got everything on the phone except the startup video and the boot animation. Not really concerned about the startup video. But, the boot animation would be killer. I'm guessing that will require root?

the live wallpapers and binoculars app just put onto your sd card and install individually and the ringtones just put in you notifications or ringtone folder the only thing you need root access for is the boot animation.

lol just saw your post that you got it loaded.

.ogg files are what your android device uses as its native ringtone file. it can also run mp3's but the stock tones are .ogg.

you mac guys, why don't you use VLC. its the best video/audio player their is. it doesnt look as nice as quicktime or Windows media player, but you can skin it to be just like them.

Default a bit late to reply

I followed this thread because I wanted the R2-D2 sounds... then right afterwards I found this page, http:// www dot r2d2translator dot com slash index dot php...
you can make your own translations in mp3 format and then just drop them to your phone. I've got the most obnoxious phone ever right now!

(sorry about the link format, too many forums and I can never remember each one's rules about links)

Problem you got the ringtones in the .rar but you did not get the notification tones. The difference is the ringtones keep repeating and the notification tones just play once and are store in a different folder. ususlly /system/media/notifications/
