I'm looking for an app that can backup files and data (example a video file) to an SD card, or to a PC via UBS, or wireless (cloud, etc). Any suggestions? Thanks

Well, you've covered a lot of options.

A really easy way to backup some files and make them available to your PC(s) is Dropbox. First 2GB is free.

If you want a more traditional "backup" solution, Titanium Backup is awesome (Pro is best, but I think you need to have your phone rooted). Also ES File Explorer has a lot of these functions, including mounting network drives, etc.

Good Luck!

I second the dropbox option as you're not limited to just sharing it to two devices with the dropbox app. But it can be shared infinitely to your devices and they all update automatically.

Most data is already stored on the SD card, you should be able to just use USB to mount the phone in mass storage mode and copy whatever you need over to your PC. Titanium is good for backing up apps to the SD card and associating their settings appropriately.
