    Default Brick prevention

Ok so I just rooted my Droid 2 with Z4root. I have the Titanium Backup and have backed up all apps with android/motorola in the name...are there other specific apps I should be backing up to prevent bricking my phone? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Why not backup all of the apps plus data? And don't delete anything, just freeze it.

Although really your best bet is to learn how to SBF your phone. Find an image of a stock Verizon install (just Google "Droid 2 SBF" or "Droid 2 Global SBF" depending on your phone) and you can restore your phone back to factory fresh condition should anything go wrong. RSDLite is the Windows program, but it apparently doesn't work very well so figuring out how to boot Linux off a live CD, flash drive, Virtual Machine, or directly is a good thing.

Anything you've downloaded from the Market will be able to be downloaded again, anything outside the market you'll need to re-acquire from wherever you got it or restore using Titanium. Backing up the data using Titanium Backup will help ensure you don't need to reconfigure everything afterwards.
