I still have my trusty Droid 2 and would probably jump on the Droid 4 if the display were as nice as the Droid 2. I'm getting double/triple pressing at times with the physical keyboard which is the main issue and why I've looked at the Droid 4.
Anyhow, for anyone that has had the Droid 2 I'm sure you're familiar with how it passes the sound that goes into the mic into your ear. So, if you're in a noisy restaurant for example it's a real crappy "feature" to have since it makes it very hard to hear the person talking. I'd contacted Motorola about this when I got the phone a year and a half ago and was told there's no way to turn it off. I also got the name of this "feature" but have forgotten it. For reference, my previous iPhone 3G didn't pass any mic sound to the earpiece. So, does the Droid 4 still do this or did they finally disable that?
