Whenever I take a screenshot by holding the power and volume button I always get the volume
ajustment slider in the pic. Is there any way to stop that or is it just me?

Hello, welcome to the forums! It's all about timing

I use the two index fingers to hold the keys and the thumbs to make pressure from the left edge. It works most of the times, but I still get the volume slider sometimes.
