Can you change the Quick Settings Tiles

Can I change what tiles show up in the quick settings? I feel like this should be obvious, but I can't seem to find it and my google-fu is failing me.

Don't think so. I believe that's a root/ROM feature.

If you're referring to the tiles to the left and right of the lock screen yes you can change them all you do is slide to the one you want to change and long press then specific widgets

Nope I referring to the tiles that are in the settings menu you access from the notification tray.
