Location Based Auto Settings

is there a way for the phone to do location based settings? i want it to automatically switch to battery save mode, turn off data, turn on wifi when i'm at school then when i'm out of school turn battery saver off, turn wifi off and data back on. then when i'm at work, turn wifi on.

One of the easier conditionals to program 'Tasker' to do. For example, my phone automatically turns wifi on when I get close to my apartment, and can switch to 4G when I go to the pool on property.

ok cool. will do. how much does this affect my battery though? i know i have the maxx, but ever since the nightmare that was the galaxy nexus, i can never have too much battery. never!

Tasker works well. I prefer to use cell near to trigger things like wifi. Minimal battery use.
